Love what you eat!

First of all I wanna say Hi to everyone who stumbles across this blog. My name is Janina and I have been a Food lover for a long time. A cook or a fan of healthy food – not for so long! This might sound a little stereotype, but I first found my love for cooking when I moved in with my husband (at that time boyfriend). My love for cooking didn’t start off healthy, but after moving to Los Angeles from Germany I got more and more interesting in living a healthier lifestyle.

From cooking to cooking fresh to cooking more and more un-processed food I somehow came to this mind state that I am in now: I wanna go vegan and eat as healthy as I can. I just recently started my vegetarian-going vegan-journey, so you will be able to follow my journey from the start.

This might sound cheesy, but my main reason for going that way is my husband. The most important thing for me is him being healthy. I don’t feel comfortable with stuffing him with red meat and processed food, watching his little belly grow and seeing him complain about being without energy and exhausted all the time. So this blog will not only be about my journey to live healthier, but also a little reminder to live a concious and healthy life and provide a basis for our family to grow one day.

So thank you for accompanying me on my journey and hopefully I can inspire some of you to do the same.
